Questions we get a lot
When exactly do I pay?
After we build your menu, you look at it, and you tell us you're happy with it. Nothing before that, and no commitment if you're not.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR with the normal camera and the menu opens in the browser. No app, no sign-up.
Can I change prices myself?
Yes — from the dashboard, any time, from any phone. Changes are live instantly. If you would rather we did it, message us on WhatsApp.
Does the menu work in Arabic?
Yes, Arabic and English together. Every item has a name and description in both, switched with one tap, and you can turn English off if you don’t need it.
I am not technical
You don’t need to be. Send us a photo of your paper menu and we do all of it. The dashboard is simple, and we walk you through it in two minutes.
What happens after a year?
You renew at the same price and everything keeps working. If you decide not to, you keep your menu data.
